6 EASY REGISTRATION STEPS
1. Click on Login/register at the top of the website.
2. Select the register tab
3. Enter the details required.
4. Check the reCAPTCHA. (Reload Page if recaptcha doesn’t appear)
5. Confirm your email address.
6. Visit your profile after confirmation, click on edit profile and add your phone number so it appears on property page and on profile.
7. Upload your agency logo and Business location and save.
YOU’RE DONE. YOU CAN START POSTING YOUR PROPERTIES NOW FOR FREE. NO LIMITS.

HOW TO LIST A PROPERTY
1. Click on menu and select >>List Property Or Click on the Red Plus sign(+) on the left side of the page.
2. Enter the title of the property. Keep it short (eg. Chamber and hall S/C for rent)
3. Give detailed description of the property. (More details = more interest)
4. Select Property type from the dropdown menu.(eg. Apartment, Single room, Office etc)
5. Select Offer type (eg. For Rent, For Sale, For Lease etc)
6. Enter price of property or rent per month all in Ghana Cedis (Convert USD to GHC equivalent and enter that)
7. Enter number of bedrooms, baths, property size (Enter any number if size unknown)
8. Select City from the dropdown menu
9. Enter exact neighbourhood/location of the property (eg. Dansoman, Ofankor, East Legon)
10. Upload pictures of the property. Pictures must capture all necessary parts of the property (PLEASE NOTE: Uploading pictures takes time, kindly wait till all images are done uploading before you proceed else no images will appear for your property)
11. Click on SUBMIT PROPERTY.
THAT’S IT. YOUR PROPERTY IS SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL.
We review the property and approve within 10minutes.
